Our happy place is offroading in WV. Taking over Mudlove Offroad was (mostly) a no-brainer.
Welcome to Mudlove! For those who may have missed our Facebook Live announcement, we're Jason and Shannon Krauss, the proud new owners of Mudlove. Originally hailing from the serene landscapes of upstate New York, where cows outnumbered people, we shared a passion for ATV'ing and snowmobiling amidst the rustic charm of our hometown.
Around 15 years ago, we made the bold decision to bid farewell to our beloved "toys" and embark on a new chapter in Concord, North Carolina. Despite leaving behind our cherished pastimes, we harbor no regrets. Through dedication and hard work, we paved the way to rediscover the activities that ignite our spirits.
In 2018, we rekindled our love for off-roading, this time navigating the rugged terrain of West Virginia in a SXS. It was here that we truly fell head over heels for the adrenaline rush and camaraderie that off-roading offers. Our serendipitous encounter with Ben and Erin Oehler, the visionary founders of Mudlove, occurred through our involvement with The Pinnacle Creek ATV Club, where we lent our support to a charitable benefit.
Off-roading is more than just a hobby for us—it's a way of life. From conquering challenging trails to embracing the thrill of splashing through mud, every adventure is a testament to our shared passion. However, the aftermath of these exhilarating excursions often presented a daunting cleanup task—until we discovered Mudlove.

The moment we experienced the magic of Pro-Wash and Shield & Shine Spray-On Protection, we were absolutely captivated. Our SXS gleamed like new, thanks to Mudlove's remarkable products. In fact, we've become accustomed to hearing accusations of "not actually riding" because our vehicles maintain such a pristine appearance, all thanks to Mudlove.
In early 2022, after a hiatus spanning 13 years, we joyously returned to snowmobiling. Despite operating on a modest budget, we were able to acquire older machines. With the help of Shield & Shine Spray-On Protection, my 19-year-old snowmobile was revitalized to its former glory, sparking newfound excitement for our snowy adventures.
As we embark on this exhilarating journey, we're thrilled to announce our plans to expand our offerings, including a dedicated snowmobile line. Your feedback is invaluable to us, and we welcome any suggestions for future products or enhancements.
Conveniently located near our cabin in southern West Virginia and in the vibrant city of Charlotte, North Carolina, we're delighted to offer pick-up services for your convenience.
